Reflection on approved learning framework

"The intent of this PE is not clear? 'reflect on use of the approved framework in the service and discuss the reflection process and outcome with a workplace or learning supervisor on two occasions' Should the students be discussing HOW the framework is implemented/reflected in the services' curriculum? "
