New unit

"The QNMU supports this new unit. Recommendation 76: Aged Care Workforce Industry Councils Limited from the Royal Commission into Aged Care Quality and Safety suggests there is a strong expectation of crossover in the training and skills of the personal care workforce in the aged care and disability sectors. Personal care workers who are employed in the disability sector should therefore be held to the same standards as in the aged care sector at a minimum."
