Complaints

Complaints in regard to IRC performance may be directed to SkillsIQ via the Contact Us form, in the first instance, which is found here.

All complaints are taken seriously and are added to a formal complaints register. An investigation of the complaint will take place and it may be escalated to the Department of Employment, Skills, Small and Family Business for resolution. Please ensure all pertinent details are included in your complaint to allow for thorough investigation.
