skill set v full qualification specialisation

"I support the inclusion of this skill set. It should also include WHS as the workers operates in diverse environments and should also have professional boundaries covered. such a large skill set reinforces my comments regarding the need for a Home Care Specialisation in the Cert III in Individual Support."

Individual support Home and Community Care Skill Set Aged Care

"The Individual Support Home and Community Care Skill set comprises 7 units. Why would students want to undertake a skill set comprising 7 units when they can undertake an entire qualification comprising 15 units? "

"I agree, currently students just need to do 2 extra units on top of Individual support Ageing to get a double specialisation. Does this mean if a student picks up CHCCCS037 as well as Cert III Individual support - Ageing units they will have a double specialisation? Ageing & HAC?"
