Validation Activities and Timelines
The feedback received during national consultation on Draft 1 Training Package Products has informed the development of Draft 2. A period of national validation on Draft 2 will therefore take place from Thursday, 01 April 2021 and will close at 5.00 pm on Friday, 30 April 2021. During this period input will be sought on the eight draft Qualifications above, which comprise 76 Units of Competency and their associated Assessment Requirements. This validation period, which would usually be two weeks, has been extended to four weeks to accommodate the Easter break.
Following the close of the validation period, feedback received will be collated and evaluated by the TACs and the IRC. This feedback will inform the development of the Final Draft for submission for endorsement by the AISC.
