SKILLSAWARE

AI-Powered Skills Recognition

In partnership with Edalex, and Dr Mark Keough we created SkillsAware - an AI-driven platform that identifies and tracks workforce capabilities. It helps organisations understand their talent, plan for growth, and support diversity and performance goals. It also enables individuals to understand their own skills based on their life experience and seek pathways such as recognition of prior experience or alternative pathways into tertiary education.

SkillsAware has relevance for individuals, small, medium and large enterprises and industries in the recognition of current capability, prior learning and experience.
