Ian Rolfe

Communications and Marketing Officer

Ian is the Communications and Marketing Officer at SkillsIQ, with over 10 years of experience as a marketing professional. In his current role, Ian is responsible for coordinating and administering SkillsIQ’s communications and marketing activities, including website development, CRM management, and social media management.

Ian’s responsibilities also include maintaining the SkillsIQ website, managing and implementing stakeholder communications (such as newsletters and social media), and overseeing supplier relationships. His experience across various industry sectors allows him to manage these multifaceted tasks with efficiency and strategic insight.

Before joining SkillsIQ, Ian developed his digital marketing expertise working with franchises and not-for-profit organisations. At SkillsIQ, he has managed multiple projects across different industry sectors, overseeing stakeholder communications, collating and storing feedback, and designing consultation materials and marketing collateral.

Ian holds a Bachelor of Business from the University of Technology Sydney, where he majored in Human Resources Management and Marketing.
